Our booking process begins with your initial inquiry, followed by a consultation either by phone or in person at our studio where we discuss your floral vision. We'll then We’ll discuss your floral vision in detail to start bringing it to life, assist with design ideas, explain more about how we work and can help with rental and vendor recommendations too.After this we'll send you a detailed proposal to capture your vision and secure your date. We’ll book a finalization call to ensure everything is perfect, approximately two to four weeks before your wedding date. On event day our team will bring your floral vision to life and wow you and your guests!
Signature Floral does have a minimum spend to hire our services for your wedding or event. We do require a minimum total over $5,000. Please keep in mind that flower prices can fluctuate due to seasonality and availability, so our prices may change accordingly to accommodate these factors, this helps ensure quality and consistency of the product we deliver you. We use suppliers who understand and cater to our high standards from all over the world. We're committed to delivering the highest quality floral designs and ensuring your vision comes to life within your budget.
At Signature Florals, we do travel globally for events. and we've had the pleasure of creating floral arrangements as far as Italy! We are always excited to bring our expertise to destination events. However, please keep in mind that travel for events involves additional expenses for accommodations and related logistics. We are more than happy to discuss the specifics and make arrangements to ensure your destination wedding/event is nothing short of spectacular!
We recommend booking us at least six months ahead to secure your event date and ensure we have availability for your big day. This gives us time to personalize your floral design, plan, and help prepare you for a stress-free experience. However, if you find yourself with less than six months until your wedding date, don't hesitate to reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Contact us to get started!
Once your receive your detailed design proposal we'll hold your date for two weeks whilst you review it. During this time we can book a meeting if required, in order to run through together, make changes and answer questions,
Your date becomes officially reserved in our calendar once the 25% deposit is paid and both parties have signed our contract. This ensures that your event day is locked in, and we can start preparing behind the scenes logistic to ensure your event is perfect!

Whether you're envisioning delicate centerpieces that add a touch of grace, large custom-built floral features that command attention, or any floral creation in between, we pride ourselves on being your go-to floral artisans. Additionally, we provide candles and glassware. Our primary focus is to capture you vision and bring it to life with ease and amazement. Beyond flowers and rentals, we can assist in full event design creation.
